I want to cancel my order. How can I do this?
We know that sometimes you can change your mind. So, your order can be cancelled within one hour of the order being placed.
To cancel your order within the hour:
Sign into ‘My Account’ and click on ‘My Orders.'
You’ll see a list of your items, click on the ‘‘Cancel Parcel’ ’ link to cancel the items.
Cancelling items being delivered to Store
Once your items have been delivered to your chosen store you can request for your parcel to be returned to us.
After you’ve received an email / SMS to say your parcel is ready to collect, simply:
Sign into ‘My Account’ and click on ‘My Orders.'
You’ll see a list of your items, click on the ‘Cancel Parcel’ link to cancel the items.
We’ll then inform the store to return your parcel to us. Once the store scans the parcel we’ll then refund you.
Please allow 3-10 days for the store to scan the parcel, and then a further 3-5 working days to receive the refund.
