Has my order gone through?
After placing an order, you’ll receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email from Next within 1 hour. This will include details of all the items you have ordered with expected delivery dates.
If you’ve not received the order confirmation after 1 hour, check your junk folder to ensure it hasn’t filtered into there.
It’s also worth checking the email address you’ve provided, just incase it’s not quite right. For more information on how to amend your email address click here.
Please note that customers who used 'Sign in with Apple' and selected 'Hide my Email' may not receive emails from Next, as your personal email address is not provided to us at the time of order. You can read Apple's FAQ here for more information on how this works.
If you have not received an order confirmation email then you can also check your order was successful by signing into ‘My Account’ and selecting ‘My Orders.' The details will appear here within two hours of the order being placed.
